Meet William Pendleton
Born and raised in Central Florida, William Pendleton brings over two decades of elite military and safety leadership experience to every client engagement.
William Pendleton is a veteran Military Police Officer with 22 years of distinguished service. His career spans some of the most demanding and specialized roles in law enforcement and force protection — including SWAT/SRT operations, Protective Services, Anti-terrorism, and non-lethal weapons deployment.
A Counter Sniper-trained operator and certified Active Shooter Instructor, William has spent his career at the intersection of tactical readiness and organizational safety. He served as Safety and Occupational Health Director for two large military installations, overseeing comprehensive safety programs that protected thousands of personnel.
William is also an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) leadership community, staying at the forefront of industry standards, emerging threats, and best practices in occupational safety and security.
Outside of work, William is a devoted family man — married with four children and four grandchildren. An avid motorcyclist and track day coach, he brings the same discipline and situational awareness he developed in uniform to everything he does.
